With the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19, our goal is to keep our customers informed about steps we are taking and up-to-date shipping information.
We are continuing to closely monitor and follow local and state guidance as circumstances evolve. We are still processing and shipping orders as normal. We don't currently have any plans to close and have contingency plans in place that may help us continue to operate as things change.

What safety precautions are being taken? All frequently touched surfaces are being regularly cleaned with viral disinfectant based on the World Health Organization and CDC guidelines.
Are there any production delays? All of our items are shipped globally. Our production time is currently 7-10 business days - just a little longer than normal. Should things change, we will notify our customers as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take? USPS has notified us that Priority Mail 2-3 day service is now extended to 4-7 days. You will continue to be able to track your order end-to-end with your product tracking number once it has been shipped.
